If you can sew a straight line, you can make this banner. I'll guide you through it with my clear and concise explanations. Included in the pattern are 12 color photos to guide you along step-by-step.

To complete this pattern you will need:
sewing machine, scissors, heavy duty fusible web, fabric. Precise amounts are given in pattern instructions.
(A cutting mat, rotary cutter, and acrylic ruler are optional.)
