Fantasy Bowl in Pink with Arabesques / Handmade Pottery

Description

A lovely deep bowl to make serving or eating anything extra special. The glaze interaction on this bowl is just so beautiful. Outside, satiny smooth pale pink glaze melts into cranberry halos around the stamped jade green glaze arabesques. The flowing green rim glaze interacts with the bright speckled blue on the inside and the pink on the outside in a fabulous watery pattern. Almost too beautiful to use, this bowl is completely functional.

This bowl measures 5.25x5.25x5" or 13x13x12.5cm.

All pottery from StudioÉLAN is created by hand from soft clay using the potter’s wheel or slabroller. The clay used is durable stoneware. The glazes are non-toxic. Pieces can be used in the oven, microwave and dishwasher, although handwashing will prolong their life. I hope you enjoy using it as much as I enjoy making it!
