Give them a soft friend to love and care for. Designed to seem like a real pet dog, Rover comes with all the accessories a real dog would require: a carrier, water bowl and toy bone. This would make a great toy for kids who love pets but aren't quite ready to care for a real one or have allergies.

This pattern includes instructions for:

-- Rover the dog -- approx. 14.5" long.

-- a water bowl -- 3.5" in diameter and 2" tall.

-- a toy bone -- 5" long.

-- pet carrier -- 9" long, 6" wide and 7" tall.

To complete this project you will need to know how to chain, half double crochet, make a double loop start (tutorial included), slip stitch, single crochet in the round and increase and decrease stitches.
