Description
This Micro Mini Tutu is only 8 inches long, but it's packed with ruffles. I used yards and yards of the softest Bridal tulle.All of the tulle is hand-gathered, stitched, and serged to the waistband. It's safe for the washing machine and dryer.
Just remember that this skirt is only 8 inches long and even though it's very full with many layers of fabric...it's still pretty sheer. Please remember to wear something under it!
