Shalom tiny bird text tray

Description

This hand built stoneware bird tray is stamped with a vine pattern, and the word SHALOM, which means peace in Hebrew. It is a greeting, and also a blessing. Shalom comes from a root verb meaning to be complete, perfect and full. My Shalom dove is glazed in a pretty Cobalt Blue glaze that accents the texture, with a clear glaze over that. It is 4" " X 4". All of my birds are eco-friendly, as they stack beneath my mom's larger pieces in the kiln, radiating heat in otherwise empty spaces, so that the kiln fires using less electricity.

Use it for a spoon rest, a ring holder, or as desk art. It is dishwasher safe.
