This is a 100% Cotton Canvas Tote Bag in PINK which has been hand screenprinted with KEEP CALM AND CARRY ON in white. This durable tote bag is made of 100% 10 oz cotton canvas (like heavyweight denim) so it's great for carrying heavy items like books or groceries. The measurements are 10 1/2" wide by 14" high and 5" deep so there is plenty of room inside. The handles measure 24" so it fits great on your shoulder. This bag can be easily washed and dried so you can use it over and over and keep it looking like new.

In the spring of 1939 and a looming war with Germany of everyone's mind, The British Government's Ministry of Information commissioned a series of propaganda posters to be distributed throughout the country upon the outbreak of war.

The posters were initially printed to send a soothing message from King George VI to reassure his people that all capable measures to defend the country were being taken.
