Believe Shabby Chic Banner
Description
This pennant banner was lovingly made with great attention to detail! It says 'Believe' and would be perfect for Christmas and year round.Made with designer paper, vintage lace, ric-rac, pom poms, crepe paper, ink, snow glitter, and eyelets. The rosettes were hand-sewn and the fabric embellishments were all sewn to the pennants too. The rosettes and scalloped circles are all glittered around the edges and they were attached together with eyelets and shimmery ribbon so they are sturdy and there is no chance of ripping.
Each pennant measures 7" wide at the top and is 8" long.
