This lovely frosted gift box contains eight 1.75 inch (48 mm) glass top containers filled with the spices integral to Thai cuisine. This kit contains coriander seeds, cut lemongrass, whole chili peppers, organic sliced ginger, organic sliced turmeric, sliced galanga, kaffir lime leaves and organic whole white pepper. I love this little kit because it contains typically hard to find items, like sliced galanga and dried kaffir lime leaves.

Each container weighs between 1 to 1.5 ounces (30-45 g).
