Beaded Tea Cakes Pattern

Hello and thanks so much for visiting my store!

I'm excited to offer you my newest pattern for Beaded Tea Cakes! The pattern includes instructions to make all four styles of tea cakes. I chose the colors pictured for the tea cakes to show you the versatility - you can stitch them in "real food" colors, or do them in pastels for a shabby/cottage look that would be great for baby or bridal showers, etc. Mix & match your toppings & fabric colors for tons of variety!

The cakes are entirely handstitched with either synthetic or wool felt and make up very quickly. Basic sewing skills are handy, but if you can sew an overhand stitch you shouldn't have any troubles. There is some blanket stitching involved (example provided in pattern), but it's not necessary - you can make your cakes as fancy as you like! Finished cakes sizes average about 2-3 inches.
