Santa holding Christ Child - Handpainted Stained Glass Style Suncatcher

"There comes a time when even fantasy must bow to reality."

I have always loved that saying, and while Santa is not bowing in this painting, he is holding the Greatest Gift of Christmas - the Christ Child himself! A very simple painting, with such an extraordinary message!

The handpainted design on glass measures 8" x 16" inside a brown wooden frame with a silver-colored chain (to match the fine silver glitter etched background) attached allowing this painting to be hung either in a window, on a door, or on a wall.

My handpainted glass items are created to have the look of stained glass. I use a liquid leading paint to outline my designs, and then paint them with glass paints that are beautifully transparent when dry. Most of my paintings have chain hangers to encourage hanging them in windows (truly enhances their beauty!), but they can also be hung on walls. They can also be made without hangers to display on stands in front of small lights or candles.

Domestic Shipping (via USPS Priority Mail) is an additional $11.50 -- this includes both Insurance and Delivery Confirmation. If you would prefer that this item be shipped via UPS, please let me know at the time of purchase and I will send you a revised invoice.

I do combine shipping, so please ignore the "...if purchased with another item" information in my listings. It really does depend on the combination of items purchased as to what the shipping fee will be (I will charge exact shipping plus a nominal supplies fee, which is usually less than $1).
