Here is a great addition to a teapot collection, but don't just sit it on a shelf. This is a fully functional teapot that will hold 20 oz of your favorite tea. It pours really well.

This teapot is similar to one of mine that is featured in the book, America's Best Ceramic and Wood Artists, Vol. 1 by Kennedy Publishing. This book was published in the fall 2007.

I made this swan teapot on my pottery wheel out of porcelain clay and glazed in a pretty glossy white, using some yellow and black pottery stains to create the 'beak and eyes' on the spout. I used gold lustre glaze for accents on the neck and 'wings'.

This teapot is 9" tall x 9"x 4" and will be carefully shipped with an artist biography.

It's signed on the bottom rim.
