This listing is for 100g of fingering weight superwash wool sock yarn. 450 yards/100g. Fiber content: 75% Superwash Wool 25% Nylon. Care: Machine wash cold, gentle cycle/tumble dry low, remove promptly.

Whatnot Sock yarn comes with the little bag of extras included in the picture. Contents are 1 handmade pin, 1 sterling silver two-ended stitch marker, and one pattern card. These are free of charge and not reflected in the price of the yarn.

My sock yarn is carefully dyed one skein at a time, and though I may produce similar skeins over time I make no attempt to end up with 2 that are alike. Whatnot Sock yarn is a great choice for sock yarn collectors.

I have chosen to use food-grade acid dyes, so that I may enjoy dyeing with my children about. These colors are as fast as any professional grade acid dyes I have previously used.

Allergen information: Items are made and stored in a nearly pet-free and tobacco-smoke free environment. The only pet is Jack the Hamster, and he doesn't leave his cage. We do enjoy heating with a wood stove during the colder months, and most people find the slight woodsmoke smell pleasant. There is never any tobacco smoke or incense and we do not use perfume/cologne. I am an allergic person myself, and so am careful with my home's environment.
