Reds and Purples Trade Bead Gemstone Bracelet

Description

This bracelet combines a very pretty color palatte in which many tones of red and purple splash together in a variety of African trade beads and gemstones. Right away the eye is drawn to the large (3/4 inch), old, oval, Ethiopian Jambola bead (also known as pigeon's blood egg or tomato bead), and the white spotted red skunk bead also from Ethiopia. Red coral slices, lepidolite rondells, an oval and 8mm round amethyst, deep red 5mm garnet slices and 7mm rounds, a 10mm round lavender jade, and an 8mm round red onyx bead, are mixed with various Bali sterling silver beads, spacers, and a tiny flower charm. This bracelet is strung on strong flexible beading wire, and finished with a Bali sterling silver toggle clasp. The length of the bracelet is 8 3/4 inches and fits a 7 inch wrist. I can adjust the length at your request, and will lengthen the bracelet up to 1 inch at no additional charge.
