The birds in this print were inspired by a headstone from c. 1800 in a local cemetery. Original woodcut print in pale sage green, soft purple and rich bronze.Hand carved blocks layered on a 8"x8" hand torn piece of Japanese mulberry paper. Printed with oil-based Graphic Chemical and Daniel Smith inks. Comes packaged in a clear resealable art bag with certificate from the artist.
