Description

A natural backround for a project. These 1/8" thick pieces of maple have been sanded smooth and have had several coats of oil based Polyurethane varnish applied. Each measures 2 1/2 by 3 1/2 inches. I have tested them and acrylic and ink will adhere if they are lightly scrubbed with 400 grit, triple ought steel wool, or a green 3-M scrubby pad.

Two of these show natural marbleing for an interesting touch. Pictures show both sides of cards.
