A pair of mittenettes hand knit with this beautiful soft variegated yarn, in tones of blue, turquoise and brown. I've lost the label for that yarn but it doesn't feel like pure wool. Very soft and a bit hairy, durable too as I've knit a hat for my toddler last year and it hasn't pilled at all !
Handwash.
Soft ribbing around the wrist ensures a snug fit, while rows of eyelets and patterned ribbing create a unique look.
The ribbing pattern reminds me of high cactus in a Mexican desert.. thus the name !
They're knit accoding to my own original pattern (available in pdf format, see my other listings). No risk of ever seeing the same ones on your neighbours. :-P
