Shimmering Dragon Scale Necklace

Description

A shimmering 1 3/4" bumpy glass pendant makes up the focal point of the 2 1/2" drop feature of this 18" necklace (18" excludes drop feature). The gorgeous green and gold colours remind me of a dragon's scaly hide. The main body of the necklace is strung with tiny grass green glass beads, ceramic gold beads, and larger crackle glass beads, plus a multi-hued mix of green seed beads also reminiscent of a dragon's skin. Truly magical!

Dragon lore: a wyvern is a type of beast with a dragon's head, serpent's body, and bat's wings. In heraldry, it is used as a symbol to protect families from war, envy, and pestilence. (thanks to the Element Encyclopedia of Magical Creatures).
