This painting measures 6 inches x 8.5 inches. It is signed at the bottom, lightly in pencil, along with a date and time notation.......all things pass.

The painting is completed on heavy, gessoed, acid-free artist's paper. A quick pencil sketch on location is followed by bold, intuitive treatment with acrylics. The piece is being sold unframed.

The piece was photographed under glass and you are seeing a bit of reflection off the glass in the sky area.

I wander the hills just north of Lake Ontario. This piece is from a series of intimate, small landscapes that has been continuing for many years.

I have been painting, showing, and selling for over 25 years and divide my time between painting and teaching. I hold a Bachelor of Fine Arts, a Master of Fine Arts, and a Bachelor of Education. The buyer will also receive a postcard of one of my works.
