This is an original painting titled 'The Owl and The Pussy Cat'. Based on the children's nursery rhyme by Edward Lear.
The painting measures 8 x 8 inches and has sides 1.5" deep. The edges are painted in a pretty copper/magenta colour with the words of the entire rhyme blended in and written in ink. It has been painted with artist quality acrylics and has a protective gel medium varnish over the top and sides.
