this - hand embroidered ACEO
Description
'this' is an ACEO completely embroidered by hand in many shades of green onto recycled fabric. It shows my love of all things swirly and random words. It is combination of satin stitch and chain stitch and blood, sweat and tears (well, happy tears, haha).The ACEO measures 2.5" x 3.5" (6.5cm x 9cm) and is approximately 0.2" (5mm) thick. The fabric is stretched and glued over a backing of cardboard and the edges hidden with a piece of green felt. It is signed and dated on the back. Please note the back is not completely flat due to the edges of fabric (see side view pictures).
This is a one of a kind ACEO; I will never make this again. Ever.
