The handles (which are 18 inches from end to end and hang 9 inches)and the lining are made with the blue stripe fabric. The lining has a pocket in the floral pattern that measures 7 ½ x 9 ½. There is a removable material covered hard insert that gives you the option of having a hard bottom bag or a soft bottomed bag. There is a magnetic closure to the bag. The bag is 12 inches high, 17 inches wide and 5 inches wide.
