Arsenic and Old Lace Handmade Fascinator
Description
This is a fascinator: a hairpiece smaller than a hat, bigger than a barette, and (when designed by me) overflowing with sparkle and glamour. Ribbon, dove grey lace, white strung hackle (feathers) and a big mauve rose make up this piece, which is connected to a side comb.My favorite way to wear these is to put my hair up in a quick bun and then stick the fascinator into the base of the bun, against the back of the head. I've sworn to single-handedly bring the things back into fashion, and Arsenic, the perfect accessory for any homocidal-spinster-aunt wannabe, is one of many beautiful creations towards that goal.
The final picture in this listing is an example of one of my personal fascinators being worn- it is not a part of the sale. The fascinator in the sale has never been worn.
