ACEO Original Acryclic and Ink - Stripes I

Description

This is the first in the Stripes Series. It is an original acrylic with a black ink design. I've always enjoyed drawing these intricate patterns, but after who-knows-how-many-years of decorating my notes in school, it finally occurred to me to add a background color!

The photo is a little dark, because it's hard to get a photo of metallic paint that looks right! The background is turquoise, copper, and purple acrylic paint, all of which are beautifully metallic. The ink is jet black India ink. The paper is 120 lb. rough surface by Canson.

ACEOs are a great way to collect original art. They're trading card sized works, 3.5 inches by 2.5 inches. My ACEOs are all originals, so you know you have the only one just like it! It's a wonderful way to explore the work of many different artists. ACEOs can be displayed individually or in groups, kept in albums or framed.

Your ACEO will come in a plastic sleeve. On the back it has the signature of the artist (me!), the date, and the series.
