Butter Yellow Wool Felt Pincushion

I love these jars...they are so cute! I have been trying to figure out what to do with them. I saw a picture of a pincushion made with old jar lids. Then, wouldn't you know it, Dave came up with this idea. He's so clever. The pincushion itself is made with butter yellow wool felt. The flower on top is secured with a little button taken from my mom's button tin. I've put a few buttons in the jar for you. I figure that jar could be used for lots of things. Other pins, quilt frame pushpins, a needle sharpener..or maybe just a little something sweet to eat while you're sewing. I think these are just too sweet.
