cups and bowls no. 1 - original oil painting
Description
i painted a series of cups and bowls beginning at the end of 2005 and well into 2006.this painting is the first in the series.
the size is 15" x 15" (38cm x 38cm).
it is canvas on factory-made stretcher strips, but hand stretched and primed by me. i use a better quality of canvas than what factory made canvases provide, and i gallery wrap them.
i have also built a frame for this painting which is painted black. it is very simply framed (just black gallery-style frame. it only covers the sides of the painting)
the frame gives the painting an overall size of 15.75" square (40cm x 40cm). you can see the frame in the second photo.
it is wired and ready to hang!
the watermark does not appear on the painting, of course ;)
