From my collection, Words with Wings.

This pendant is made with the wing of a *real* monarch butterfly. Don't worry, this beautiful butterfly was allowed to live a full butterfly life, and its lovely wings were collected only after it died naturally... No butterflies were harmed in the making of this pendant ;)

This pendant is made with the tips of 2 monarch butterfly wings, and the word "art" which have been carefully mounted between 2 layers of glass and encased in a unique handmade metal frame. It is about 3/4 in by 1 3/4 in.

My pendants are created with great care and love. I hand cut and grind my glass, and carefully burn the edges of my paper words to give it an old, worn look. I then carefully build up each frame using lead free solder and patience ; ) A pendant can easily take me several hours to complete.
