Any excess funds will be donated to PAWS, the animal welfare organization on Saipan. See their website at paws-saipan.org. (I saved and placed the two puppies that are pictured on the front page of their website.) Before I can place these two puppies in loving homes, they will have to be treated for mange and worms. With your help, we can get these puppies back to health and with a caring family.

The life of a stray puppy in Saipan is bleak. With no animal cruelty laws and no homeless shelter, they are left to their own demise, unless they are fortunate enough to be found by a caring human. Your help is appreciated.
