"Art Deco" is a rare, out-of-print designer fabric that is innovative, bold and dramatic - perhaps just like a baby you know?This modernist floral features pastel blue, pale aqua, cranberry red, pinks and a hint of yellow on a black background. The blanket and oversized burp cloth reverse to a coordinating deep cranberry minky rosebud swirl for the ultimate in luxury. The bib reverses to a trendy coordinating minky dot that is oh-so-soft (we deliberately avoided the deep pile of the minky rosebud on the reversible bib).

Just the perfect size, this design has been well-tested by our own three children - ages 3 months, 2 years and (nearly) 4 years! As important as their chic styling is their *durability*...these can be dragged, pulled, tugged and snuggled...and still look wonderful.
Our Lovey's have been used for infant covers when a larger blanket is too much, a breastfeeding coverup, a naptime snuggler and a road-trip companion.
The beautiful binky 'handle' is adjustable with two snap settings thus making it possible to latch on to everything from a binky to a toddler's toy or even a jogging stroller's wide handle - it is sized so as not to drag on the ground. We use the highest-grade professional series brushed stainless snaps for closures that are smooth to the touch. There's no squashing or melting in the dryer like cheaper resin/plastic snaps - nor scratching and ruining laundry like Velcro!
The 'handle' has been reinforced by stitching 22+ times on the inside of the Lovey and another 22+ times on the exterior. It not only looks good, it survives repeated tug-of-wars....we've seen it firsthand!
