Miniature Owl who happens to be rather festive
Description
Xavier is unlike most owls. He's not very smart, can't retain information very easily, watches "American Idol" religiously, and drinks a lot of beer.Oh well.
Xavier does party hard and has no problem attracting the ladies because of his brilliant plumage and owlie-metro hat.
Xavier is 2.75" tall (including the hat) and 1" across. Allow him to perch where he can see the television.
(Since I don't have a TV he's always really pissed off.)
