Long Life / Longevity Calligraphy

Description

This chinese character is "SHOU" which means long life or longevity. It is usually presented to someone older, a grandparent, to show your desire for them to live long.

I did this calligraphy w/chinese ink on white paper mounted in a simple, plastic, black 8" x 10" frame. The red matte is designed w/a hand-cut diamond-shape in the center to accentuate the character.
