When I set out to make this set, I envisioned something that Queen Esther might have worn. I choose amethysts because purple is the color of royalty.

This beautiful bracelet is made of gold-fill chain, large vermeil beads (sterling silver plated in 22kt gold), genuine 7mm dark round amethysts and genuine 6mm faceted amethyst rondelle wrapped on gold-filled wire. Three interlocking chains connect to a vermeil 'S' shaped clasp. The clasp dangles a tiny 14kt gold cross and a signature gold fill "Salt & Light" logo tag.

The bracelet measures just over 7" long and is great for medium to petite wrists. This piece is made to order so requests can be made for length adjustments.

The bracelet comes with a card discussing the scriptures that inspired it and is boxed for gift giving. Matching earrings, necklace and ring are available for purchase separately.

**********What is Gold-Fill?**************
There is a difference between gold-plate and gold-fill. Gold-fill is 50 to 100 times thicker than regular gold-plating, and about 17 to 25 times thicker than heavy gold electroplate. Gold-filled items are made by combining a layer or layers of gold alloy to a base metal (usually brass, copper, or steel) then rolling or drawing the metal to the desired thickness and shape. Gold-plate is a very thin deposit of gold, electroplated or electrochemically applied to the piece.
