Virgin of Guadalupe Large Collage/Assemblage Piece
Description
This piece started out with a Virgin of Guadalupe that I encrusted with sequins. I then had a large piece of canvas board that I put inside of a frame. Then, I added a background of different papers with a serape striped border. In the foreground, I added painted flowers for the Virgin to stand on. The frame is hand-painted in two colors of turquoise with a flower border. A LOT of work went into this piece - it will make a great addition to your home.Added on Oct 25, 2009
