Silk Sail Geometric

Description

This is another photo created from one of our painted silk scarves, with the surfaces adhered together by soaking with water. The images in different sections of the translucent silk fabric merged together to form a final image that was unique, only lasting as long as the fabric adhered to itself.

This image suggests the sail of a small boat, with a primitive, childlike quality to the design.

The photo is ~8 x 10 inches, printed on premium glossy photo paper with archival inks. Larger formats are available (please convo for price negotiation, we can create a reserved listing for you).
