What is a nursing bracelet?
~ A nursing bracelet helps you keep track of when your baby ate last, or if you choose, when your baby eats next.

How to use the nursing bracelet?
~On the bracelet are the numbers on a clock, and inbetween each number is four glass beads representing 15 minute intervals. You can use the bracelet a few different ways:
1. When you fed last or
2. When you will feed next
3. Which breast you fed from or will feed from next
4. Or simply how many feedings the baby has had in one day

You would simply place the charm that the bracelet comes with on the time of your next feed. As you feed your baby, place the bracelet on the wrist of the side that you will be feeding her/him on next. This helps with the confusion of, "Which side did I feed on last?"
You can also use your bracelet to keep track of an important appointment, keep track of the numbers of feedings your infant has had, you can even use the bracelet with bottlefeeding, etc.....


All bracelets are made from high quality glass beads and silver memory wire!!! They have a dangling bead detail on the tail of each end of the bracelet for decoration, and all bracelets come with your choice of charm! (The numbered beads on the bracelets are plastic however. And the silver beads are not glass.)
