Self Striping Sock Yarn - Coral Reef

Description

"Coral Reef" is three harmonious self striping colors. The last photo is an example of the size of the stripes. Red will be the smaller stripe.

Hand dyed 3-Ply 75% Superwash Wool 25% Nylon Fingering Weight sock yarn using turquoise, marine blue and red acid dyes. Gauge is 8-10 sts per inch, 16 wraps per inch on US size 0-2. There is approximately 394 yards of fingering weight, self-striping fun.

There is a knot exactly in the middle of the skein. Rather than displaying two smaller skeins, they have been joined for ease of storage and dyeing purposes. I recommend finding the knot before starting the second sock.

Machine Washable cold. Lay Flat to Dry. Please hand wash separately a few times to ensure all excess dye has been removed.
