Blue lace heart ceramic buttons

Description

2 blue hearts with lace print and tea sides a perfect pair for your project, they measure in at 2cm long or 0.13".

I make each button individually myself, this includes forming the designs, smoothing and finishing; biscuit firing hand painting with glazes and finally a second firing for a stunning finish. The designs are inspired by vintage buttons, fabrics and life around me. I started to make buttons to fulfil my need to have ‘special’ buttons for my own textile work, these are perfect for projects that need something special and different. I don’t disclose my exact process for making my buttons. The buttons are made from strong clay and can be washed on a gentle wash with foil wrapped around them.
