Wren Dream Circle PIN

Description

The little purple wren sings atop a 1 1/2 inch PIN. AND comes packaged on display card in cello. I begin with my original colored pencil drawing, scan and size for a pin. I layer the cut out print and it is adhered to several layers of paper discs, making a sturdy, but delicate pin. I carefully add interest and diminsion to the image using embossing inks and colored ink with bits of sparkle. It's like wearing a tiny painting! A metal pin and clasp is mounted to a finished back.
