Gold Arabesque Earrings with Sapphires

Description

Graceful shapes in twisted wire dangle from sapphire beads on handmade, matching twisted earwires. The result: earrings with great presence, yet feather-light. The hand-twisted and flattened filigree wires makes them shimmer in the light, as if light itself were dancing around them.

These are an original design, and all metal components are individually handmade. Over 30 individual soldering operations are necessary to combine the components into earrings that are sturdy, yet delicate.

14k yellow gold, 3mm sapphire beads.

2 inches (5 cm) x 0.75 (1.8 cm). Gift box included.
