Stargazers are among my all time favorite flowers. They are elegant, beautiful, graceful and smell like heaven! They are one of the few flowers you can purchase in a florist shop these days that has a legitimate scent. Fortunately they also grow very nicely in my own garden. Ultimately I would like to have a massive bed of these gorgeous flower but for now I am content with those that do flourish.

I watched for these three blossoms to be perfectly illuminated. It was worth the wait. So brilliant are they that the background foliage almost completely disappeared so I decided to have some fun with the background areas and hint at stars and galaxies and spider webs that were not there.

Giclee ("zee-clay") is the finest method available to artists for producing fine art archival reproductions. Giclee is a very fancy word for the type of printing used but it is very similar to the jetink printers many of you use with your own computers. The giclee printers produce a better quality and can handle larger piece of paper and canvas.

Intimate Forest is offering prints on acid free canvas and fine art paper in many sizes. The inks used to produce the reproductions are UV pigmented based for a longer life span and resistance to fading. With proper care and the avoidance of direct sunlight these prints should last up to 200 years.
These prints are unframed so that you may have them framed to your liking.
