Family Portrait Hand pulled Linoprint

Description

Just the story of the dynamic in one particular family i know, I wonder if they might recognise themselves. I thik i recognise a little of me in there!
The linocut measures approx 28 cm x14 cm, is printed using linseed oil based inks designed specifically for relief printmaking, and is printed on acid free, archival quality paper (Heritage), Signed, numbered and dated.
The process of linoprinting involves hand drawing on to a piece of linoleum, using lino cutting tools to then cut the piece and finally hand printing using a Press. This process is the repeated if neccesary, depending on the number of colours applied.
This print is one of a run of 6, I never reproduce my prints digitally so rest assured you will own one of only 6 in existance.
