This is a funky olive green wool yarn with bits of recycled sari silk spun in. The silk is fuzzy, sometimes almost like an eyelash component, while the wool is spun smooth. The silk is mostly blue and green, but there are hints of other colors. It is a new, soft but firm handspun yarn made from 100% recycled content.

The stats:

Fiber: mostly wool, a little silk

Yarn weight: super bulky (8 wraps per inch - the number of times this yarn wraps around one inch of a ruler)

Gauge: 2.5 stitches/inch on size US 13 needles

Texture: two-ply

Care instructions: hand wash

Length per skein: at least 47 yards (multiple skeins available, sold individually)

Weight per skein: at least 3 oz./80g

If you'd like more than one skein of this yarn, just convo me - chances are I have more. Each skein is individually labeled with fiber content, yarn weight, gauge, minimum yardage and weight.
