Wicked hand made folk art doll

Don't let the pretty face fool you...

"Wicked" is a unique, one-of-a-kind art doll. She is 100% hand-sculpted/crafted without the use of molds or patterns

Head, arms and legs are hand-sculpted and painted with gesso and quality acrylics, sealed with acrylic medium for durability.

Body is formed using a wire armature, allowing her torso, arms and long legs to be completely poseable.

Gown is hand-made from re-purposed material, hat is formed from wired craft paper, painted black and sealed (it almost feels like the consistency of vinyl)! Cranberry cape is hand-dyed/stiffened cheese cloth. She is embellished with fibers and found objects. Black and white totem-like energy beads hang from her cape.

16" wide as pictured (cape can be squeezed in)

Although quite durable, she is intended as an art piece. She can be displayed standing (in a stand, or propped against a wall/support), sitting (she can be posed in a sitting postion unaided, best if her feet are dangling off the edge), or as a wall hanging (has a hook in the back). She will make a wonderful heirloom, lasting for many years to come!
