Not just for Halloween... Whimsy Wendy is pleased to offer this darling fluffy soft pink, ballet length tutu dotted with clear gem stones and accompanied with a bejeweled hat and Whimsy Wand.

This tutu features over 24 yards of elegant tulle fabric an is approximately 21" in length. (perfect for dizzying swirlies!)

The waist, encircled with an extra wide elastic band, that will fit most waists 21" - 23" (approx. 4-7 year olds). The elastic allows even the littlest princess to put it on by themselves. Special sizing requests are always welcome at no extra charge.

The princess hat is made of soft, pink felt and trimmed in pink grosgrain ribbon and matching clear gems. The wand has beautiful trailing ribbon, a grosgrain ribbon sleeve and topped with a puffy tulle poof!
