5"x7" ARTcard, blank inside. Printed on 80#card stock with color laser jet printer... image is water-proof and fade resistant. Paint and collage elements are hand applied to add back the fun of the original AND the words "HAPPY BIRTHDAY" have been added to make this a birthday card. The original image is an 11"x14" mixed media work, matted and archivally framed and is also for sale. So... you could have the original and a CARD from the original!! Your call. Anyway, even the card is nice enough for framing. But... if you don't frame it, it looks nice also in the hand-embellished translucent vellum envelope... which allows the design to shimmer underneath the address and postage stamp, making this a decidedly colorful splash in the mailbox of someone you care about.
