Huge Ruffle on right shoulder with Metallic Gold embroidery around the edges, two rows of embroidery, and gathered to make a huge ruffle
Ruffle has to lettuce edge ties on the front and back
Photo shows one of the ties tied around the right strap to make it look smaller than the left side, IT CAN BE UNTIED if you want both sides to look the same
