Victorian Steampunk Dream

Description

This lovely little ornate piece is full of swirls and gears, like opium smoke in a steam train racing through Morocco. The backround is burgundy, and it's been burnished a nice metallic gold, then slightly distressed to remove the 'new' and give it a bit of patina. It was then covered in a high gloss to shine and protect. The shape reminds me of a torso, and I have to admit this is one of my favorite pieces, and I'll be happy to see it in a good home, and on a great outfit!
