Description

The turtle is an ancient symbol of earth and appears in many creation stories. Some tell of the turtle carrying the earth on his back through the heavens. Others tell how turtle's back became a continent where the first people lived. Turtles are associated with stability, loyalty, dependability and persistence.

Each disc measures 9mm in diameter.

Each piece is created using ancient lost wax casting and is antiqued by hand.
