Arch Coffe Table in White

Description

This is a coffee table is something I did when I was feeling very architectural, so it’s called “Arch.”

It’s made to store those unread magazines littering your living room or books you think your friends should see that you’re reading.

Arch is made of ¾ inch Baltic Birch cut on a very large CNC machine. The top surface is covered in high pressure laminate. The bottom shelf is varnished and waxed walnut veneer.

The legs are walnut veneered over ¾ inch baltic birch.

The brackets are cut on a high-tech laser cutter, and spray painted with a low-tech spray can.

The baltic birch edges are rounded over and all is sanded and varnished by my own hand.

Arch is 39 ½ inches long by 19 ½ inches wide. It stands 17 ½ inches high. The lower shelf is 49 inches long and 12 inches wide is levitates 9 inches above the ground.
