The rebirth of Amen Ra

Description

This is a reproduction of the original piece named " The rebirth of Amen Ra".The original is a handmade collage painting in which i used colored prints and parts from magazines (eyes, etc).

It is a part of my exhibition "A kingdom in pieces" My inspiration came from religious paintings where the forms and symbols are replaced with those taken from ancient Egyptian theology.
The reason of this act is not the revelation that the word of Christian religion is based on ideas of older religions but the reminder that these ideas are deeply human and not divine at all.

This fine art print has signature of the artist (me) on the back along with title of artwork and year of creation. It is printed on an A3 size acid free, matte 100lbs/220gms heavyweight card.
