RED GOOSE large hand coiled basket pail

Description

Located on the Atlantic Flyway, I have a front row seat to the Canadian Geese Migration. Watching them fly in the classic V formation has inspired this basket.

With a large mouth opening, this basket tapers down to the base. It has been hand coiled in a collection of all red prints. The shades range from a deep wine to a cherry red. There is also just a bit of white.

The bucket or pail styled floor basket measures 10 inches tall. It is 11 inches round at the base and 16 inches round at the opening. There are two side fabric handles.
It is a generous basket roomy enough for all of your storage needs.

My baskets are made by the basketry method known as coiling. Strips of fabric are wrapped around an inner cording as the shape is formed. The inner cording makes them sturdy. Each one is unique.
